We are a provider in manufacturing and services of the metalworking industry. We have been operating in this market for over 50 years. Our experience and skills are exercised in our daily work with the use of modern Computer-controlled machines in the fabrication process of forming, welding and assembly of your products. The company's main business profile includes custom services:
- Steel constructions (The company gives special attention to the safety and durability of the manufactured structures so that they meet the requirements of the highest Polish and European standards. In 2019, the Company successfully passed the certification audit for the railway standard according to EN 15085-2 and the assessment of supervision over the certification according to PN-EN ISO 3834;
- Machine housings (housings, metal panels, parts and parts of housings for machines for various industries, construction, energy, gas and agriculture);
- workbenches, cabinets and control consoles (manufacture of special structures with increased strength, adapted in terms of functionality to the needs of the customer) for the shipbuilding industry
- stainless steel tanks (fuel tanks, spray water tanks, auxiliary tanks for various liquids) for coaches, city buses and other commercial vehicles as well as tanks for various machines. We manufacture tanks from 5 to 450 litres volume (also in steel or acid-proof steel).
The company also offers services related to the design, production planning and assembly of products (preparation of special technical documentation, selection of the most effective manufacturing techniques and installation).
We stand out from our competitors mainly through our flexibility in meeting customer requirements and the ability to work closely together with the contractor in the implementation of complete, technologically advanced projects.
Our main contractors are manufacturers in the following areas:
- buses and transportation,
- production lines, special machines,
- cars and special vehicles,
- Shipbuilding equipment.
The company has a separate engineering and technology department dedicated to designing, manufacturing and testing prototypes in the production cycle, as well as constantly modernizing production processes. We use AutoCad, Inventor and Solid Edge as CAD software.
I joined the Meramont team in the spring of 2019. Since the very beginning, I knew that it was a company with a huge technical, production and human potential. The years 2019 and 2020 were a period of change for all of us, but this is just the beginning.
In the group of the Management Board and the management, we change our plant for the better every day, involving employees at all levels as much as possible.
Our aspirations are guided by one goal: to build strong and lasting relationships with our business partners, based on the trust resulting from our professionalism. We can achieve this goal only in one way - through a strong team of satisfied and trustworthy employees. And this is the road we are walking.
Meramont has been operating in the metal industry for over fifty years, focusing on general metalworking. The scope of our capacities includes laser cutting (2D and 3D), plastic working, manual and robot welding, locksmith work, and - in selected cases - powder coating. These technologies we use guarantee that the expectations and requirements of our customers are met.
We are constantly exploring development opportunities, opening up to new industries. In 2019, we started cooperation with partners from the railway industry (EN 15085-2), in 2020 we certified the plant under the construction welding standard EN 1090-2). We are constantly researching new directions of development, extending the scope of our offer. We operate in a wide range of industries, ranking among the suppliers of global players in the automotive setor as well as supporting smaller and larger customers from the machinebuilding, furniture and shipbuilding industries. In addition to serial production, we implement special projects including designing solutions for our clients, comprehensive implementation at the production and assembly stage.
Furthermore, we are dynamically entering the segment of mechanical and electrical assembly services.
