TIG / MIG / MAG welding:
Meramont S.A.

Welding is a process of joining materials that involves heating and melting them. The source of high temperature in this case is a welding arc powered by electricity. During the welding process, it is also possible to use an additional material in the form of e.g. a coated electrode, which fuses together with the materials to be joined. Welding is a popular method that allows you to join different materials in a wide range of thicknesses. It is very often found in the automotive industry due to its high efficiency and high strength of the resulting welds.

TIG welding

TIG welding is a universal method that consists in joining elements with a non-consumable tungsten electrode in an inert gas shield. This method allows you to weld carbon steels, low-alloy steels, stainless steels and aluminum. The biggest advantage of TIGIEM welding is the possibility of processing very thin sheets with a thickness of 0.5 mm as well as pipes and pipelines. Welding services using the TIG method ensure high quality of workmanship, and the production process of joining sheets and other materials does not create slag, which guarantees a clean weld.

We have extensive experience in performing TIG welds, and our team of welders can boast of high qualifications confirmed by welding qualifications in accordance with the Polish standard. TIG welding performed in our company is distinguished by high efficiency and high strength of the connection. The welds made with this method are characterized by the highest quality, cleanliness and aesthetics, and the welding itself is performed using advanced inventor welders. The scope of our services also includes tests of welded elements, consisting in the assessment of the welds made in terms of strength and correctness of execution, which ensures their strength.

Welding with the MIG / MAG method

Dodatkowo spawanie MIG/MAG zapewnia bardzo wysoką wydajność procesu i dlatego znajduje szerokie zastosowanie w przemyśle, a w szczególności w przypadku produkcji seryjnej.

Our company offers professional MIG / MAG welding, performed by experienced and qualified staff. We provide very high welding performance and very good weld quality. We also offer the possibility of welding a wide range of materials of various thicknesses.
